Your inventory data (invoices, amounts, photos, descriptions) is encrypted locally on your device before being sent to our servers. Thanks to this private encryption, we have no technical way to access your information: you alone hold the key. Your data remains strictly confidential.
To guarantee maximum resilience against physical or logical disasters, all your encrypted data is automatically backed up daily on multiple secure servers located in different geographical areas in Europe. If a datacenter suffers a major incident, your data remains fully recoverable.
We use the strongest symmetric encryption protocol on the market (AES-256-GCM) combined with PBKDF2 key derivation at 600,000 iterations. This level of security is equivalent to military and banking standards.
We offer you to reinforce access to your account by activating two-factor authentication (2FA). You can choose to receive a security code by email or use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) generating unique single-use keys.
All our storage and computing servers are located in Europe and subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data benefits from the strictest European standards in terms of privacy and personal data protection.
